We’re delighted to share our handmade treasures with you! Below you’ll find all the important details about how and when your items will ship, and what to expect after you place your order.


Is the Shipping Date the Same as the Delivery Date?

No.

  • Shipping Date = When your order leaves our facility.

  • Delivery Date = When it arrives at your doorstep.

We typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is completed.


Handmade Items

Our handmade items are created with care and intention. Due to the detailed nature of craftsmanship and possible high demand, please allow up to 30 days for delivery of made-to-order items.


Home Decor and Accents (Non-Imported)

Items shipped from our U.S.-based facilities generally arrive within 3–7 business days.


Imported Items

We work with global artisans and multiple international warehouses. Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery on imported items.

Note: Any imported product will be clearly stated in the item description.


Where Do My Items Ship From?

  • Orders may ship from our main U.S. distribution center in San Jacinto, California, or directly from artisans and warehouses worldwide.

  • Items may arrive in separate packages if ordered together.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days to allow for quality checks, careful packing, and order sorting. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • A tracking ID will be issued after processing.

  • It may display as “Pre-Shipment,” “Label Created,” or “Awaiting Item” for up to 5 business days until the item enters the shipping carrier’s system.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to incomplete/incorrect information, the customer is responsible for all related shipping fees.

  • We ship to PO Boxes via USPS, but expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes.


Important Delivery Information

To ensure accurate delivery:

  • Double-check your shipping address and include any suite, apartment, or unit numbers.

  • Fae Lottie and Mischa Lottie is not responsible for misdelivered items due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

  • By purchasing, you authorize us (or our subcontractors) to act as your agent for importing goods.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

  1. Delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

  2. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the item:

    • Check with your local post office for delivery location and GPS scan data.

    • Ask household members or neighbors.

    • File a Missing Mail Report with USPS.

    • Contact us at customerservice@mischalottie.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

We will evaluate each case individually and may offer store credit or reshipment after a full investigation.


Holiday Shipping Notice

High-volume holidays and international holidays (such as Lunar New Year, Labor Day, or National Day) may affect production and delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Shipping FAQs

Q: My order hasn’t moved in tracking.
A: Sometimes tracking doesn't update right away. If your order hasn’t moved in 7 business days, contact us.

Q: My order still says “Pending Shipment.”
A: It could be:

  1. The order is shipped but hasn't received its first scan yet.

  2. The item required additional processing.

Q: My order says “In Transit” for several days.
A: This status will remain until it reaches the next hub. If it remains unchanged for over 7 business days, contact us.

Q: What if an item is out of stock after I order?
A: We will ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method.
